Bone marrow is one of the largest human organs; it is located in the inner spongious bone, between the trabeculae. It contents vessels, nerves as well as various cells and proteins. Bone barrow is the only organ that contains all three main stem cell systems: the hematopoietic, the endothelial and the mesenchymal adult stem cells with all its progenitor cells.
